The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice RM3 area.

Please follow the link below:
Once your registration has been accepted and processed by the Surgery, a member of staff will contact you to make an appointment for a new patient review with one of our Nurses or our HCA. This is only required for adults over the age of 18. If you are registering any children then please bring a record of their immunisations. Attending this appointment completes your registration. Please note that due to the high demand of registrations these will be processed within 28 days. In the interim you would need to see your previous GP.
