There a few ways to order your medication, please select from the options below to find more information.
Please order your medication in plenty of time so you don’t run out. We recommend ordering about 7 days before your supply runs out.
Repeat Prescriptions
1. You can order through the NHS App – https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
2. You can order through a pharmacy of your choice.
3. You can order through eConsult – select “Review for long term conditions, medication or contraception” then “Medication Review” and complete the necessary steps. Please write clearly the name of the medication in your request. – Consult Online from Home – Straight Road Surgery
4. You can order in person at the surgery. Complete a form that is available on the front desk, or tick which items you need on your repeat slip.
If you are housebound and are unable to order using one of the options above without help we will take your prescription request by telephone.
Please allow 48 hrs before collecting your medication from the pharmacy (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Urgent Prescriptions
If you do run out of medication you have a few options:
1. During Surgery open times please either come in person or call the surgery. Where clinically appropriate, the clinician on duty will provide a prescription.
2. When we are closed please contact your pharmacy or NHS 111.
