We welcome new patients who live within our practice RM3 area.

How to register
1. You can register online – https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/F82671
2. You can register in person – please ask for a registration form from reception.
Once your registration has been accepted and processed, we will contact you to book a new patient review with one of our nurses or healthcare assistants (HCA).
This appointment is only required for adults (18 and over). If you are registering children, please bring their immunisation records.
Attending this appointment completes your registration.
We aim to register withing 7-10 days.
Please note: during busy periods, registrations may take up to 28 days to process. During this time, you should continue to see your previous GP.
